Returns

We at LULUBYE pride ourselves for all of our shoppers to have a quality experience while shopping our cool baby products. Due to any reason, we offer a 7-Day Return Guarantee full-refund or store exchange for all products. For all defective products, we allow up to 7 days for a store exchange or full refund. Defective merchandise are subject to an exchange within 7 days of delivery: Stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, color difference, major difference between photographed product and the product received.

Return Process: Just send an email to shoplulubye@gmail.com to request for a store exchange or refund after you received your item.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provides. Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service department.

 Return Policy

1. You can return items within 7 days after delivery. 

2. Items should not be worn out nor washed and the label should be attached (only if the item is labeled).

3. We are responsible for all following defective items within in 7 days: 

Stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, color difference, major difference between photographed product and the product received.

4. If buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or does like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return once we receive all information at the point. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.

5. No exchange or return or amending on promotional items or items on sale.
